how we work

Let’s begin with your everyday

Every home starts the same way: with how you actually live in it. Who sits where. Which room you avoid. What you want people to feel when they walk in. Some clients want a plan they can carry out themselves over a year of weekends. Others hand over the keys. Both are welcome here.

  1. Phase one

    Meet

A complimentary hour in your home. We walk the rooms and talk through how you live, your timeline, and your budget.

  2. Phase two

    Design

Floor plans, palettes, and full design directions, presented together in one sitting.

  3. Phase three

    Deliver

Carry the plan out yourself, or hand it back to me to order, install, and style.

Four ways to work together

Every project opens with a complimentary one-hour consultation in your home. We walk the rooms together, talk through how you live, and decide which of these is the right fit, with no obligation to go further.

I

The Design Presentation

for the homeowner who wants options

After our consultation, I build a full presentation for up to four rooms, with several complete design directions for each one rather than a single take. You see the layouts, palettes, and furnishings side by side, then choose the direction that feels like your home. From there the plan is yours: carry it out at your own pace, or bring me back in for any phase that follows.

  • Up to four rooms in one presentation
  • Multiple complete design directions per room
  • Floor plan and furniture layout for each direction
  • Palette, materials, and finish selections
  • Full furnishing list with sizes, sources, and links
  • Yours to keep and carry out on your own timeline
II

Single-Room Refresh

for the hands-on client

One complete room, designed and specified down to the last cushion, then handed to you. Orders go in at your own pace and on your own budget calendar. Ideal for a living room, primary bedroom, dining room, or nursery.

  • Site visit, measurements, and full floor plan
  • One chosen direction developed to final
  • Complete furnishing list with sizes and links
  • One design presentation and one revision round
  • Ordering, tracking, receiving, and delivery handled through the studio
  • Trade pricing passed through where available
III

Full-Service Design

for the client who wants it handled

The whole thing, managed. I design, source, order, track, receive, inspect, and install, and you walk into a finished room. Best suited to whole-home projects, new builds, and renovations where furnishings and finishes need to move together.

  • Everything in the Single-Room Refresh
  • Ordering, tracking, and vendor communication
  • Receiving, inspection, and damage claims
  • Coordination with your contractors: you select and hire them, and I work alongside them to carry out the design
  • Installation day and final styling
  • Trade pricing passed through where available
IV

Styling & Sourcing

for the room that’s almost there

Your furniture is right, but the room still feels unfinished. I bring art, lamps, textiles, greenery, and the small objects that make a house read as lived in, and place every one of them.

  • Half day: one to two rooms styled with what you own, plus a short sourcing list
  • Full day: up to four rooms, with accessories sourced in advance and installed
  • Bookshelf and mantel styling
  • Art selection, framing, and hanging plan
  • Seasonal and holiday styling by arrangement
not sure which fits?

That’s a good sign we should talk. Few homes fall neatly into one category, and I’m glad to shape a scope around exactly what your project needs.
